Salary Range: Our salaries range from $59,179.49 to $62,467.24 and are based on qualifications and experience.

About the role

Join the Granville Island team as a Lease Coordinator. You will provide lease processing, coordination, administration, and support services to the Leasing department. Responsibilities include responding to lease inquiries, communicating with stakeholders, preparing listings and FAQ sheets, showing space, reviewing tenant information, drafting leases, verifying data with finance, maintaining database/file entries, and supporting the Senior Lease Administrator and Leasing Manager. This is a temporary position until December 19, 2025.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare lease documents for review and execution, including offers, agreements, renewals, amendments, subleases, and surrender documents.
  • Monitor and track lease submissions and supporting documents.
  • Respond to inquiries via website, email, phone, or in person; refer leads to senior staff.
  • Maintain spreadsheets of tenant data, lease statuses, and renewals.
  • Draft correspondence with tenants.
  • Maintain a database of leads and tenant requests.
  • Support research and analysis of industry information for market reference.
  • Prepare materials for new lease opportunities, including brochures and email campaigns.

What you should have:

  • Post-secondary education in administrative, legal administrative assistant, or property management licensing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or legal administrative roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Resourcefulness and critical thinking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of lease agreements and related documentation.
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and property management software.
