Leasing Coordinator (Temporary 6 month contract) who is equal parts friendly and detail-oriented to help bring our new rental community to life. In this front-facing role, you'll be the go-to guide for prospective tenants - helping them find their new home while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Customer Service
- Lease residential units and guide applicants through the leasing process.
- Follow up with all leads and inquiries within 24 hours.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants.
- Represent the project professionally during appointments, events, and leasing presentations.
Lease Administration & Documentation
- Manage all lease documentation including:
- Tenancy agreements, addenda, and rules.
- Security deposit forms and payment tracking (via Yardi/RentCafe).
- Pet forms and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate records in Yardi CRM Flex.
- Ensure all move-in trackers and lease files are complete and compliant with legal requirements.
Database Management
- Record all tenant and prospect data accurately in Yardi CRM Flex.
- Maintain up-to-date leasing reports, prospect logs, and registration information.
Marketing & Presentation
- Support special marketing events and initiatives.
- Maintain display homes and Leasing Centre in a clean, professional, and inviting condition.
- Utilize tenant testimonials as part of marketing efforts.
Team Collaboration
- Attend leasing meetings and participate in training.
- Communicate with internal departments (sales, construction, administration) as needed.

- Be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service.
- Familiarity with Yardi, CRM Flex, or similar software preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Reliable transportation
Sunday to Thursday, 10:00am - 6:30pm
