Expenses Covered: We’ll cover all your business essentials, including business cards, brochures, real estate signs, lockboxes, and even managing your social media accounts. Your primary base will be to service the Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham offices.

Responsibilities

1. Meet with property owners to assess rental units and determine tenant readiness.
2. Collect keys and install lockboxes.
3. Show rental units to tenants and assist them with Rental Applications.

Requirements

1. 5+ Years of Experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience in real estate or sales positions.
2. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to connect and communicate clearly with clients.
3. Strong Sales Mindset: A drive to meet targets, build relationships, and close deals.
4. Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to manage your schedule and client interactions effectively.
5. Organizational Skills: Attention to detail in managing appointments, follow-ups, and showings.
6. Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle: A must-have for property visits (gas paid by us).
7. Availability to Work Evenings and Weekends: Flexibility in your schedule to meet client demands.
