Your responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining high client satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication
  2. Booking appointments with prospective tenants and contacting waitlist applicants for viewings
  3. Pre-screening applicants for pre-approval and communicating application outcomes
  4. Supporting move-in and move-out processes and daily administrative tasks
  5. Achieving vacancy targets for assigned properties
  6. Supporting business development through market research, marketing strategies, and vacancy management

To be successful, you need:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Enthusiasm in all situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP is a plus
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Availability to work full-time weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays as needed
