• Show rental units to tenants and assist them with Rental Applications.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience : You must have at least 5 years of experience in real estate or sales positions.
• Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to connect and communicate clearly with clients.
• Strong Sales Mindset : A drive to meet targets, build relationships, and close deals.
• Self-Motivated & Independent : Ability to manage your schedule and client interactions effectively.
• Organizational Skills : Attention to detail in managing appointments, follow-ups, and showings.
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle : A must-have for property visits (gas paid by us).
• Availability to Work Evenings and Weekends : Flexibility in your schedule to meet client demands.
