Are you ready to make a positive impact? As a Leasing Agent, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals find homes. This position is not just about sales; it's about building lasting relationships and improving lives. Your listening and problem-solving skills will be essential in assisting others. Your contributions include:

  1. Maintaining high client satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication.
  2. Scheduling appointments with prospective tenants and contacting waitlist applicants for viewings.
  3. Pre-screening applicants for rental approval and communicating application outcomes.
  4. Supporting move-in and move-out processes and managing daily administrative tasks.
  5. Achieving vacancy targets for assigned properties.
  6. Supporting business development through market research, marketing strategies, and managing vacancy rates.

Requirements for success:

  1. At least 1 year of sales experience.
  2. Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm in all situations.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  4. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between sites.
  5. Availability to work full-time on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays as needed.
