Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and lease available residential rental units
• Respond to tenant inquiries and schedule property showings
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, including screening and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of showings, applications, and leads
• Liaise with the property management team to ensure units are market-ready

Requirements:
