Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Leasing Agent located in Waterloo, ON, with some work from home options. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing residential leasing processes, including handling lease agreements and lease administration. Day-to-day tasks include showing properties to prospective tenants, processing applications, ensuring compliance with property management policies, and providing exceptional customer service to both potential and current tenants.
