Job summary

Homes by WestUrban is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to lead a Maple Ridge building. This 3-month contract offers exposure to residential leasing and property marketing, with the potential to grow within the organization.

The role requires showing rentals to prospective tenants with professionalism, flexibility for weekend and evening showings, and the ability to assist with on-site property management tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and residential leasing.
• Proven customer service skills and ability to maintain positive relationships.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Maple Ridge, BC.
• Knowledge of local rental regulations and rental market is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management or real estate are advantageous.

This role is accountable for conducting property showings for prospective tenants with professionalism and enthusiasm. We expect the individual to be flexible to conduct showings on weekends, evenings and outside of usual hours if requested. The individual may also need to provide assistance with property management and marketing administrative tasks.
