Allied is looking for a Administrator, Leasing to join our team in Montréal.

What will you do?
- Assisting with the completion of lease files.
- Drafting correspondence to tenants, lawyers and brokers, filing, etc.
- Reviewing documents, prior to their execution by the Landlord, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assisting with lease review for due diligence.
- Assisting with leasing activity as required.
- Tracking all lease activity.
- Completing Matterport virtual tours of vacant spaces.
- Completing expense reports for the Leasing team.
- Organizing, planning, and coordinating leasing events, launches presentations and roadshows etc.
- Coordinating prospective tours through occupied spaces.
- Responding to requests from internal departments for leasing data as required.
- Prepare leasing presentations as required.
- Organizing and saving leasing team’s documentation.
- Create best practices, tools and templates.
- Work with the Leasing Team to establish new systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop strong relations with tenants & all other real estate professionals.
- Initiate and complete other projects as assigned.
- Coordinate and Track all Building Measurements and Floorplans.
- Assisting with the Budgeting Process.
- First approval and point of contact for all Leasing Related Invoices.
- Assisting with general office administration duties.
What are we looking for?
- Previous administration experience or equivalent working experience in a leasing department or related field.
- Highly proficient in administrative duties such as scanning, filing and drafting correspondence.
- Superior documentation and computer skills.
- Strong organizational, time and project management skills, detail oriented with exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Collaborative worker; effective member of a team; good team-building skills.
- Demonstrates resilience, passion and commitment to deliver and be accountable for the results.
- An assertive self-starter with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bilingual in French and English as you will have to interact with clients in both languages.
