Penske is seeking a Lease Sales Representative in Winnipeg to own a territory, drive revenue growth, and build executive-level partnerships. You will act as a trusted transportation consultant and negotiate leasing and maintenance agreements while leveraging Penske's technology and analytics tools.

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive-level sales experience, preferably in B2B transportation or related service industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and close complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new and existing opportunities within your territory to meet annual quotas.
• Build executive relationships with C-suite decision-makers to drive partnerships.
• Act as a trusted transportation consultant to deliver insights that improve client outcomes.
• Negotiate complex leasing and maintenance agreements creating mutual value.
• Manage pipeline using Salesforce and provide updates to internal teams.
