Position Summary:

The Lease Documentation Manager is responsible for the preparation, review, and management of commercial lease agreements and related documents. This role ensures all lease documentation is accurate, compliant, and reflects agreed-upon terms, while working closely with the legal, leasing and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and finalize lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with leasing agents, legal counsel, and internal departments to ensure lease terms are accurately captured.
  • Track lease negotiations and maintain status reports.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with internal leasing standards, policies, and applicable laws.
  • Maintain and manage lease files and documentation in digital systems.
  • Assist in the abstracting and summarizing of lease terms for internal use.
  • Monitor critical dates and deadlines such as lease expirations, options, and rent commencements.

Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in commercial lease administration, legal documentation, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of commercial leasing terms, legal language, and real estate documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease database systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
