The Opportunity

As a Lease Consultant, you will play a critical role in advocating for healthcare professionals by leading them through the commercial lease negotiation process. • Analyze commercial lease documents, identifying risks, opportunities, and critical terms that impact practice sustainability.
  • Draft and negotiate Letters of Intent, Offers to Lease, and Lease Agreements in collaboration with landlords, lawyers, and internal team members.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, providing regular updates and clear, professional guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Healthcare Leasing Team (Sales, Legal, Strategy) to ensure alignment and continuity across all client files.
  • Track file progress and communication using CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  • Identify and resolve negotiation challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Contribute to team success by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and upholding the firm’s high standards of excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • A post-secondary degree in Real Estate, Law, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Real Estate License or Paralegal credentials are considered strong assets.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial lease structures, clauses, and negotiation tactics beyond basic financial terms.
  • Comfortable working directly with landlords, lawyers, and healthcare providers to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms.

What We Offer

  • Ongoing professional development, coaching, and support.
  • A collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure.

Full benefits package, including :
