KPMG Canada is seeking a Learning Technology Coordinator to provide technical support for learning platforms. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance learning experiences and requires strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The Learning Technology Coordinator reports directly to the Manager, Learning Technology Team. This position is responsible for providing first-level technical and administrative support to all KPMG professionals to ensure the effective, timely, and comprehensive resolution of inquiries and assigned deliverables related to the learning technology platforms, including the SAP SuccessFactors learning management system (LMS), the Degreed digital experience platform, the Kaltura virtual classroom/video platform, and Credly digital badges platform. Additionally, this position involves working with internal learning professionals to recommend learning solution approaches and collaborate on related deliverables.
This role requires attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively within a process-driven technical environment, focusing on quality assurance, issue analysis, and timely follow-up. Success in this role is fostered by strong relationship skills and a proactive, 'can do' attitude.
This position requires fluency in English, both written and oral. The candidate may need to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders and interpret policies, practices, laws, and regulations during employment.
The expected base salary range is $46,500 to $70,500, potentially eligible for bonuses. Salary within this range depends on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
