Additionally, this position involves working with internal learning professionals to recommend learning solution approaches and collaborate on related deliverables.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively within a process-driven technical environment, focusing on quality assurance, issue analysis, and timely follow-up. Success in this role is fostered by strong relationship skills and a proactive, 'can do' attitude.

What You Will Do
  1. Provide functional, operational, and technical support for all learning technology platforms, including system maintenance, creation and updating of learning resources, and addressing platform usage challenges.
  2. Consult with internal learning professionals on system capabilities and best practices to recommend solutions that enhance learner experience and meet business requirements such as reporting and compliance.
  3. Facilitate the use of learning technology platforms by creating or modifying courses, pathways, playlists, and virtual classroom sessions.
  4. Support the design, preparation, and delivery of video-based learning, including moderation and support for virtual classroom sessions.
  5. Produce reports to support quality assurance, trend analysis, and stakeholder visibility.
  6. Investigate, understand, and resolve platform functionality inquiries, monitor usage, respond to escalations, and perform system audits and data cleanups.
  7. Use ServiceNow for inquiry prioritization and response within established SLAs.
  8. Perform other duties related to the broader Digital Learning portfolio as assigned.
What You Bring To The Role
  • 2-3 years of experience in technology-based training administration/delivery in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Learning & Development, Computer Science, Business, or Human Resources preferred.
  • Experience with learning technology administration and first-level support.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Client-focused mindset, capable of working with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to propose process efficiencies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, owning work and ensuring quality.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Assets include experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed, Kaltura, Credly, and virtual classroom facilitation.

This position requires fluency in English, both written and oral. The candidate may need to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders and interpret policies, practices, laws, and regulations during employment.
