Overview

The Learning Technology Coordinator reports directly to the Manager, Learning Technology Team. This role is responsible for providing first-level technical and administrative support to all KPMG professionals, ensuring the effective, timely, and comprehensive resolution of inquiries related to learning technology platforms. These include SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Degreed digital experience platform, Kaltura virtual classroom/video platform, and Credly digital badges platform. The coordinator will also collaborate with internal learning professionals to recommend learning solutions and approaches.

This position requires attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively within a process-driven environment, focusing on quality assurance, issue analysis, and timely follow-up. Success in this role depends on relationship-building and a proactive, 'can do' attitude.

What You Will Do
  • Provide functional, operational, and technical support for all learning technology platforms, including maintaining systems, creating and updating learning resources, promoting system capabilities, and addressing platform usage challenges.
  • Consult with internal learning professionals on system capabilities and best practices to recommend solutions that prioritize learner experience and business needs such as reporting and compliance.
  • Facilitate the use of learning technology platforms through creating or modifying courses, plans, pathways, playlists, and virtual classroom sessions.
  • Support the design, preparation, and delivery of video-based learning, including moderation and support for virtual sessions.
  • Produce reports to support quality assurance, trend analysis, and stakeholder visibility.
  • Investigate and resolve platform inquiries, monitor usage, respond to escalations, and perform system audits and data cleanups.
  • Utilize ServiceNow to prioritize and respond to inquiries within SLA standards.
  • Perform other duties supporting the broader Digital Learning portfolio as assigned.
What You Bring To The Role
  • 2-3 years of experience in technology-based training administration/delivery in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Post-secondary education; preferred fields include Learning & Development, Computer Science, Business, or Human Resources.
  • Experience with learning technology administration and first-level support.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Client-focused mindset, capable of working with individuals at all levels.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and process improvement abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, owning work and ensuring quality.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
  • Assets include experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed, Kaltura, Credly, and virtual classroom facilitation.

This role requires fluency in English, with potential support or collaboration with English-speaking colleagues. Candidates may need to interpret and apply policies, laws, and regulations during employment.

Salary Range

The base salary range is $46,500 to $70,500, with potential bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
