Job summary

Taituarā is seeking a Learning and Programme Coordinator to deliver lifelong learning programmes, manage data systems, and support organisational capability across our library and service centre network.

Based at Te Ara Ātea in Rolleston, you will work with community presenters to create engaging learning experiences and strengthen connections within the district. The role is full-time, with some after-hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in GLAM and/or learning sector
• Experience coaching and mentoring individuals/groups
• High level of digital literacy with various tools/systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lifelong learning programmes across library and service centre network
• Collaborate with presenters/experts and support teams
• Build capacity to deliver high-quality, innovative programmes for diverse communities
