Our award-winning HR Learning & Development team is looking for a Learning & Performance Coordinator.
As a Learning & Performance coordinator, you’ll help create exceptional learning and performance experiences for all Canada life employees and leaders. Every day can look a little different as you perform a range of tasks to support the HR Learning & Performance team with learning coordination, workshop production, answering general inquires, and completing learning and performance system administration.
What You Will Do
- Produce internal workshops and assist with planning and logistics of facilitator-led sessions (in person and virtually)
- Monitor Learning & Development Mailbox – assist employees and people leaders with general questions regarding our learning and performance programs and experiences
- Curate learning solutions and help employees, leaders and teams invest in their own growth and development
- Support administration and maintenance of Success Factors Learning platform (includes ongoing testing for new enhancements, creating programs and curricula, assigning content, etc).
- Collaborate with business partner and business Learning & Development teams to assess and architect learning program administration, coordination and reporting needs
- Support administration and maintenance of Canada Life Onboarding for new hires
- Coordinate and execute sending sustainment e-mails for CL training workshops from the L&D mailbox
- Work with facilitators and the learning and development team to monitor, modify and improve LMS content
- Ad hoc support to HR Learning & Performance team & HR Organizational Development team

- Industry learning or HR certification completion or in progress an asset
- Post-secondary education an asset
- Experience working with SAP an asset
- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve out clients with French and English-speakng needs
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. The role may be based in one of our primary office locations: Winnipeg, London, Toronto, or Montreal. Our Human Resources team currently observes an in-office schedule on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
The base salary for this position is between $44,900.00 - $74,800.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
