Our award-winning HR Learning & Development team is looking for a Learning & Performance Coordinator.
As a Learning & Performance Coordinator, you’ll help create exceptional learning and performance experiences for all Canada Life employees and leaders. Your daily tasks will include supporting learning coordination, workshop production, answering inquiries, and system administration related to learning and performance.
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days per week in the office. Locations include Winnipeg, London, Toronto, or Montreal. The current schedule is in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
The salary range is $44,900 - $74,800 annually, excluding additional variable compensation. Further details of our total rewards will be discussed if you proceed in the process.
