Our award-winning HR Learning & Development team is looking for a Learning & Performance Coordinator.

As a Learning & Performance Coordinator, you’ll help create exceptional learning and performance experiences for all Canada Life employees and leaders. Your daily tasks will include supporting learning coordination, workshop production, answering inquiries, and system administration related to learning and performance.

What You Will Do
  1. Produce internal workshops and assist with planning and logistics for facilitator-led sessions (in person and virtually).
  2. Monitor the Learning & Development Mailbox and assist employees and leaders with questions about our learning programs.
  3. Curate learning solutions to support growth and development for employees, leaders, and teams.
  4. Support administration and maintenance of the SuccessFactors Learning platform, including testing, creating programs, and assigning content.
  5. Collaborate with business partners and Learning & Development teams to assess and improve learning program administration and reporting.
  6. Assist with onboarding processes for new hires via Canada Life Onboarding system.
  7. Coordinate and send sustainment emails for training workshops from the L&D mailbox.
  8. Work with facilitators to monitor and improve LMS content.
  9. Provide ad hoc support to HR Learning & Performance and HR Organizational Development teams.

This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring at least three days per week in the office. Locations include Winnipeg, London, Toronto, or Montreal. The current schedule is in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

The salary range is $44,900 - $74,800 annually, excluding additional variable compensation. Further details of our total rewards will be discussed if you proceed in the process.
