As a Learning Portfolio Lead, you’ll drive business outcomes through agile learning solutions, supporting our Functions organization at RBC. Your role will lead a portfolio of work, advising on design, development, and delivery of effective learning programs aligned to business objectives. You will oversee the backlog of work, provide guidance, and make decisions on prioritization, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and integration. As a trusted subject matter expert, you will monitor program performance, establish metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to allocate resources, enabling Functions partners to achieve their goals through targeted learning initiatives that drive business success.
