Ideal candidates are systems thinkers with deep technical fluency, creativity, and the ability to influence adoption of new ideas in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Research and assess emerging technologies (AI, data science, adaptive platforms) to accelerate personalization, speed, and impact of learning.
  • Design, pilot, and scale skill-based learning pathways that integrate AI and adaptive learning systems.
  • Manage Twilio’s learning technology ecosystem—evaluate platforms, oversee vendors, and drive adoption of scalable infrastructure.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to co-create and launch transformative solutions aligned to workforce readiness.
  • Build AI-enabled learning experiences, including microlearning, adaptive content, and in-flow nudges.
  • Measure impact through skill growth, behavioral outcomes, and business KPIs; translate insights into strategy refinement.
  • Build team and stakeholder fluency in future-of-learning trends to inspire and accelerate adoption.
  • Facilitate training, interventions, and learning opportunities across audiences as needed.

Qualifications

If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications in AI/HR/OD preferred.
  • 10+ years in digital learning/learning innovation, including 2+ years applying AI in L&D.
  • Strong data fluency, including learning analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Proven record leading cross-functional pilots from concept to scaled execution.
  • Experience managing vendor partnerships in the learning technology ecosystem.
  • Ability to operate independently and make high-impact decisions in ambiguous contexts.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering both live and asynchronous training.
  • Advanced degree in Education, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or related field.
  • Recognized externally as a thought leader in learning innovation and AI-enabled learning.
