Hiring Range: $ 74,800 - $93,551

The EdTech team at the Ivey Business School Foundation is a dynamic and integral part of the institution's commitment to innovation in business learning. Our team collaborates with experts and faculty to craft exceptional online and in-person classroom experiences using cutting-edge educational solutions. Grounded in research from Ivey faculty and beyond, we focus on developing best practices to ensure the delivery of up-to-date and impactful course material. Serving both degree and non-degree programs, EdTech's resources extend to various departments, demonstrating our capacity to provide diverse solutions, innovations, and improvements to cultivate Ivey's digital transformation. EdTech’s latest strategy focuses on designing new fully online and live online courses through Ivey Online to align with and support Ivey’s Bold Ambition.
Position Overview: As a crucial member of the EdTech Lab Team, the Learning Experience Designer (LED) plays a vital role as both an individual contributor and team member in developing and sustaining online and blended learning content and experiences for the Ivey Business School. A proven track record in creating transformative learning experiences and innovative perspectives on the future of management education, they demonstrate a passion for higher education and a deep understanding of the foundations of the Ivey Business School and how to design higher education courses. Working collaboratively with the EdTech Lab leadership, team members, Ivey Faculty, and Staff, their responsibilities include scoping, planning, and executing educational technology solutions, standards, and projects for both degree and non-degree programs. As well as, developing best practices and structures when it comes to efficient and effective course design processes. Successful management of these projects, spanning various School and non-school areas, requires exceptional project management skills, stakeholder consultation, quality control, and communication planning.
