A leading staffing firm in Toronto is seeking a Learning Enablement Consultant to implement impactful learning initiatives. In this role, you will support the growth of talent through delivery of learning content and development programs. The ideal candidate has experience in learning design and strong communication skills. This is a 12-month contract with a potential in-office requirement increasing to four days a week.
We are seeking a Learning Enablement Consultant to join our team and support impactful learning initiatives across our function. In this role, you will help create and implement learning content and contribute to meaningful learning solutions that enhance employee performance and engagement. This includes providing delivery, administrative, and facilitation support for our global Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, as part of the multi-year transformation. You will play a key role in supporting a future-focused and effective global learning ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on training delivery, scheduling, reporting, and virtual production. This is a great opportunity for an energetic self-starter who thrives on creating impactful development experiences and can quickly adapt to new processes and tools.
Location: Toronto, ON
12 Month Contract
There is a currently a 3-day a week in-office requirement that may change to 4 days a week in the coming months.
