Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to support the growth and development of our employees. By providing training and development opportunities, you will contribute to our company’s success and ensure that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  3. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
  4. Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training.
  5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  6. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  8. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years' experience in Learning & Development/Performance Management.
  2. Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
  4. Experience in project management and budgeting.
  5. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  6. Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
  7. Attention to detail and good judgement.
