Description
The Haskayne School of Business is currently seeking a Full-time Limited Term Position Title for approximately 24 months.
The Learning and Development Consultant (LDC), Executive and Professional Development (EPD), is a key member of the Haskayne School of Business, reporting to the Director, Executive and Professional Development. The role supports the design, development, and delivery of executive and professional development learning programs for corporate and individual clients.
The LDC works closely with the Manager, Learning and Development Programs and other members of the EPD team. This position requires collaboration with faculty, staff, and external partners and involves frequent client-facing activities, including travel to offsite locations. The LDC operates with a high degree of autonomy, balancing multiple projects and priorities.
The LDC understands EPD clients and is able to interact with senior executives and managers of regional, national, and international companies, as well as other executive education program directors. The LDC knows how to develop strategic partnerships pertaining to the design, development, and delivery of EPD programs. The LDC is experienced in leading cross-functional project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Due to operational requirements, this role is predominantly on-campus. Primary working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. (35 hours per week); however, due to constantly shifting priorities, flexibility is essential, including some evening and weekend hours.
