A leading company in Toronto is seeking a Learning Developer to design and deliver training for a new technology tool. The role involves collaborating with experts to create effective training materials and ensure alignment with organizational strategies. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in training design, strong communication skills, and a passion for enhancing user experiences.

Duration: 6+ Months
This role reports to the Director, Major Program Change Management and is allocated to a program currently under NDA. The Manager, Training Design and Delivery, will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training (including structure, content, and guides) to enable the launch of a new technology tool and related processes. The role involves partnering with subject matter experts in technology and process & methodology to understand the learning audience, assess their needs, and design appropriate materials and delivery channels. The incumbent will work closely with the Director to align training approaches with the overall change strategy and partner with Global Learning & Development to ensure adherence to guiding principles and standards. Delivering training metrics and tracking participation over time will also be part of this role.
