What You Will Be Doing

  • Developing dynamic, real-time learning pathways that guide learners from phonics to complex text analysis, ensuring personalized progression.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to expand the boundaries of language education, impacting the educational journey of countless students.
  • Turning classic and contemporary literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that not only educate but also inspire a love for reading and writing.

  • Engaging in the management of conventional English curriculums or handling mundane administrative duties—this position focuses on innovation and strategic advancements in language arts education within our accelerated model.

Basic Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related discipline
  • Over three years of experience in teaching English / Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with a proven track record in improving learning outcomes
  • Fundamental coding skills in any programming language
  • Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying intricate English / Language Arts concepts to diverse audiences in a professional environment

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD / hour, which equates to $100,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
