Job Title: Learning Coordinator
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration: 12 + Months
Daily Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of learning content, learning experiences, and development programs to support the growth of our talent.
- Collaborate with global and regional colleagues to coordinate and manage learning sessions.
- Monitor participant progress and instructional program effectiveness, establishing and maintaining a learning environment to promote learner engagement and participation actively and freely.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce and deliver live virtual training sessions leveraging RBC virtual training tools (e.g., Webex, Slido) and best practices.
- Produce monthly training reports and ensure timely updates of organizational training records within a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Deliver training on tools and initiatives that will support people managers and employees.
- Promote and communicate learning opportunities acrossClient CAE Group’s global network.
Must-Have
- Experience in learning design, program delivery, evaluation, e-learning, and facilitation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and proven time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Experience with virtual training tools such as Webex and Slido (or similar platforms).
- Experience with reporting tools, such as Excel or Tableau.
Nice-to-have
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in one or more of the following: Education/Professional Education and Training; HR/Human Resource Development; Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in a related field.
- Working knowledge or experience in financial services.
