Temporary Full Time
As one of the most prominent learner-facing roles within the Learning & Performance Enablement department, this role will support and deliver just-in-time and customized learning programs. This role is the representative of the centralized Learning & Performance Enablement team in the field, gathering information to support ongoing program development - including but not limited to performance gap assessments and monitoring knowledge and skill assessments from executed training programs beyond the reactionary feedback phase.

The base salary for this position is between $63,500 - $117,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
