In This Position, You Will
- Lead, support, and consult on organization-wide and departmental change initiatives that drive meaningful transformation.
- Guide teams through the adoption of new behaviours, skills, processes, and structures using proven change management strategies.
- Design and facilitate learning and leadership programs that accelerate employee growth, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Design inclusive learning solutions and facilitate engaging learning experiences in areas such as change management, transition, and core management and leadership capabilities to enhance operational and strategic effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to conduct needs analyses and tailor learning and change solutions to support team adoption of change and transition.
- Consult with project leaders on change management plans, including impact analysis, readiness, communication, project planning, and roadmap development.
- Develop all learning materials, ensuring professional, on-brand content that supports effective learning.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Develop and implement solutions that support risk mitigation, learning, and sustainability of change.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences with employees at all levels, including senior leaders.
- Recommend evaluation strategies for learning programs, analyze metrics, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Conduct external market research on trends to innovate and improve learning and leadership programs.
- Stay updated with learning and change best practices, trends, and innovations.
Knowledge And Skills
- Strong ability to apply adult education and organizational development principles into multi-modal learning solutions.
- Proven facilitation skills for engaging learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and relationship building.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess impacts and develop solutions.
- Effective project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Zoom and Teams for virtual facilitation.
- Technical fluency with MS Office applications.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and sustainability of materials.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Adult Education, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years in change management, organizational development, or related roles supporting change initiatives and learning programs, preferably in healthcare or public sector in a unionized environment.
- Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI) is strongly preferred.

- Collaborate with HR and project teams on change and learning programs.
