This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver meaningful, high-impact training in both virtual and in-person settings. You’ll work closely with organisations across sectors to raise awareness and share practical steps toward better inclusion.

Ideal for someone with Learning & Development experience and a genuine interest in disability inclusion, this role offers flexibility, purpose and the chance to be part of a movement that’s making a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering engaging disability awareness and inclusion training via Zoom, Teams, Webex and other platforms
  • Facilitating in-person training at client sites—mainly within Leinster
  • Offering practical advice and guidance to support inclusive workplace practices
  • Helping to shape and develop new training formats, including On Demand learning content
  • Contributing to the creation and enhancement of training materials and resources

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Learning & Development or training facilitation (minimum 1 year)
  • A strong interest in disability, neurodiversity and workplace inclusion—training and support will be provided
  • Confident communicator who can energise a room, whether virtual or in-person
  • Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom and Webex
  • Based in the Leinster region and available for occasional travel to client sites
  • Reliable broadband and a suitable remote working setup

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Are empathetic, enthusiastic and driven by purpose-led work
  • Enjoy working independently within a small, agile and supportive team
  • Are flexible, organised and tech-savvy (an interest in AI tools is a plus!)
  • Want your work to have real social impact and leave a lasting impression

Working Patterns

  • Part-time position: ideally four mornings per week (some flexibility for afternoons)
  • Remote-first with occasional travel for in-person sessions

A Note on Inclusion:

This organisation is deeply committed to diversity, equity and inclusion—not just in their work, but within their own team. They warmly welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including those with disabilities and lived experience of neurodiversity.
