Job summary

Service Inspired Restaurants is looking for a Learning & Development professional to design and implement training programs across our brands. You will create modules, job aids and knowledge checks, and manage LMS administration to track completion and compliance.

You will coordinate training logistics, gather feedback, and support HR initiatives while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely, impactful development programs.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources required.
• Experience in learning, training, or organizational development preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs and materials with SMEs, including modules, job aids, worksheets, and knowledge checks.
• Manage ordering, inventory, production, and coordination of learning materials and tools.
• Assist administer LMS (Axonify) data entry, course registration, governance and reporting.
• Collect feedback, reports and training completion records; derive insights to inform L&D programs; archive as needed.
• Coordinate training venues, lunches, and travel arrangements.
• Support facilitation of learning events such as workshops, trainings, and meetings.
• Maintain quarterly training calendar and communicate to stakeholders.
• Participate in HR projects and other duties as assigned.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About The Job

• Design and develop training programs and materials in collaboration with subject matter experts such as modules, job aids, worksheets and menu tools and knowledge checks

• Manage the ordering, inventory, production and coordination of learning related materials, tools and programs

• Support administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including data entry, course registration, governance and reporting and maintain content inventory

• Collect feedback reports and training completion records, gather insights to inform L&D programs and manage an archival process for future reference

• Organize and coordinate training venues, lunches, and travel arrangements as required

• Support with the facilitation of learning events such as workshops, training and meetings, as required

• Maintain and communicate the quarterly training calendar to all relevant stakeholders

• Participate in HR projects, if and when required

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Work collaboratively and foster positive working relationships with stakeholders

About You

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources

• 1-2years of work experience in a learning, training, or organizational development related role

• Excellent IT literacy skills working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Hands-on experience leveraging a Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Axonify, to manage, deliver, track, govern and optimize learning programs

• Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

• Resourceful self-starter, with excellent judgment

• Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

• Innovative approach to service delivery

• Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong work ethic with ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
