Job Role:

The Learning and Development Consultant will conduct needs analysis to develop, identify, present, and deliver various learning and development, and talent and performance management solutions to help meet SaskGaming’s strategic direction, in accordance with policies, collective bargaining agreements, and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, and using the best industry practices, technology and theories. This position leads the administration of the Learning Management System. The Learning and Development Consultant reports to the Manager of Learning and Development.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field and an adult learning certification. Three to five years of demonstrated experience developing instructional design or eLearning using Articulate Storyline or other industry recognized development tool is desired. A minimum of three to six years directly related work experience is required including facilitation of training programs. An acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered.

Work Eligibility:

All applicants must be at least 19 years, and you must be able to obtain and maintain a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority - Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
