About The Role
We’re looking for a
Learner Success & Enrollment Lead to champion our learner support and enrollment operations. This is a rare opportunity to step into a builder role — you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and current learners, setting the tone for how we engage, support, and enroll Learners.
This is not a back-office role — you’ll be on the front lines, personally answering calls, texts, emails, and chats while building out the systems, playbooks, and team that will scale with our growth.
What You’ll Do
- Guide Prospective Learners: Lead the enrollment journey, helping Learners understand their options and supporting them from inquiry to program start.
- Support Active Learners: Provide assistance on academic issues, basic technical support, and general questions to ensure learners stay on track and feel supported.
- Lead the Support Centre: Lead and manage communications, workflows, scripts, and systems that scale while keeping the human touch.
- Lead the Team: As the division grows, hire and mentor support staff, setting performance goals and fostering a learner-first, results-driven culture.
- Leverage Tech: Use CRM and communication platforms to streamline operations while boosting Learner engagement.
- Drive Metrics: Track KPI’s like inquiry-to-enrollment conversions, response times, and satisfaction scores — and take action to improve them.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with admin, education, marketing, and tech teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality learner experience.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in admissions, sales, or enrollment management, ideally in education, real estate, or a service-oriented industry.
- Proven success in driving performance and building relationships with prospective clients or Learners.
- Previous leadership experience — formal or informal — with a desire to grow and coach others.
- A builder mentality: eager to take initiative, create processes, and improve daily.
- Strong communicator across all channels: phone, email, text, chat, video.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and/or SIS tools and learner management platforms. (experience with Canvas by Instructure an asset)
- Passion for helping others, and the ability to maintain a high-performance mindset rooted in empathy and trust.
