We are a small, well established, family run organization. We are looking to add to our team a Learner Success Coordinator – this new role is tied to grant funding and has an expected duration of up to 6-months. If further grant funding is secured, there may be the possibility for renewal / extension of the contract.
As the
Learner Success Coordinator at FCL, you will be
responsible for supporting learner engagement, retention, and overall success within the organization\'s bootcamp training offerings. The role collaborates closely with program managers, instructors, and platform staff to ensure that learners are welcomed, supported, and empowered throughout their intensive training journey.
As a front-line support and internal advocate for learners, the Coordinator monitors engagement, identifies areas for improvement, and implements proactive strategies to foster a positive and motivating bootcamp experience. You will attend live virtual bootcamp programs to support the Facilitator and learners, taking attendance, supporting the Facilitator and learners with technology needs and assisting learners in real time.

Work Arrangement :
This job supports our online learning programs which are scheduled during daytime, evening and weekend hours. We require the incumbent to be flexible to work the hours / days of the week required to support the programming. The majority of work completed by the role will be done from a home office environment, with the requirement to attend the in-person / in-office on an as-needed basis, to be determined by FCL.
This arrangement is also subject to change with the needs of the operation and at the sole discretion of the employer and may require the employee to return to full in-office work in the future.
