Job summary

Atlantic Packaging Products Ltd. is seeking a Process Improvement professional to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality across manufacturing operations in Canada.

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and develop SOPs and work instructions to standardize improvements. A background in corrugated packaging is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably corrugated packaging.
• Demonstrated experience with SPC, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead Kaizen events and improvement workshops to address process challenges.
• Implement and manage SPC to monitor process performance and product quality.
