Job summary

Clutch Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Engineering Analyst to drive Lean transformation in our vehicle reconditioning production.

You’ll lead improvements, streamline processes, and establish staffing benchmarks to support rapid growth while collaborating directly with shop floor teams. You’ll measure production performance, partner with Production, Software/Systems, Finance, and Safety teams, and own projects from scope to execution, using CAD and data to justify decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of production/manufacturing engineering experience in an operational environment.
• Demonstrated track record of leading projects using Lean principles in a manufacturing or repair setting.
• Proficiency with CAD software for facility and process layouts.
• Comfortable building and interpreting production metrics and statistical tools (Pareto, SPC).
• Strong project management fundamentals including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor/contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze production performance by building and maintaining metrics related to throughput, quality, cost, and safety.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable results.
• Own production projects from idea to execution including scoping, planning, coordinating vendors, and tracking budget and timeline.
• Design and improve production processes and layouts using CAD and data to back up recommendations.
• Work with operations teams to develop standardized work, run time studies, and staffing models as volume scales.
• Drive Lean continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, Gemba walks, 5S, value stream mapping, visual management).
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and implement measures to eliminate them.
• Contribute to broader production strategy as the company grows.
