Job summary

LeafFilter is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our Calgary/Lethbridge team. You will travel to pre-qualified appointments at residential homes and present gutter protection solutions, earning uncapped commissions.

We offer a full-time role with a proven sales process, flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends, and training. Prior outside sales experience is not required, and top performers can reach six figures with commissions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Able to lift 20–60 lbs of materials.
• Capable of navigating various apps on an iPad (required).
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their gutter protection needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners
• Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid driver’s license (required)

• Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)

Compensation:

• Uncapped, full commission structure with current consultants earning $80,000-$220,000 plus.
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
