Qualifications

• Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in progress or to be completed within six months

Business or related major

Leadership/management on campus or related extracurricular activities

Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role

Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license
