Job summary

Cintas Corporation in North York, Ontario is offering a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. You’ll rotate through departments to gain leadership experience and learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.

You will work with seasoned managers to develop leadership skills and prepare for advancement, with emphasis on customer service, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Valid, full driver’s license required before start date.
• Co-op or internship in customer service, sales, production or admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development with access to executive leadership seminars and divisional summits.
