Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for leading teams, functions, or significant business initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading managers and/or large cross‑functional teams.

• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in all aspects of the Holman Leadership Rotation Program, including rotational assignments and leadership development experiences.
• Participate in mentoring and cohort learning experiences to strengthen leadership capability.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across enterprise priorities to drive alignment and initiatives.
• Demonstrate enterprise thinking and influence across multiple functions.
• Commit to continuous learning and professional growth throughout the program.
