Job summary

PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta is seeking a Leadership Academy Coordinator to drive professional development initiatives within the Edmonton NAHQ. You will coordinate leadership programs, manage LMS, and collaborate with multiple departments to align training with business needs.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, program evaluation, and data analytics to improve learning outcomes while supporting career growth and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary diploma or degree in HR, Education, or Business preferred.
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a related field.
• Experience designing and implementing Learning and Development programs an asset.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and customer service orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership programs and events within the Professional Development team.
• Manage application intake, update materials, validate graduation, and send related communications.
• Handle logistics for webinars and in-person sessions and administer 360 assessments.
• Maintain and manage internal Learning Management System (LMS), including program and cohort setup.
• Assist with program design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Conduct project research and contribute to program builds and improvements.
• Prepare and analyze reports and program data.
• Maintain training records and ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate across departments to ensure alignment.
• Other duties as required.
