The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) is seeking an Advisor, Leadership Development & Learning in Calgary to help build leadership and workforce capability. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in learning and development or talent management.
• Experience designing competency frameworks and 360-degree assessments.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design.
• Experience with Workday Learning, Degreed, and Articulate tools.
• Excellent facilitation and influencing skills; strong stakeholder relationships.
• Change, project, and vendor management experience; relevant designations are assets.

Responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps via workforce planning and design targeted learning solutions.
• Design and embed leadership capability frameworks in talent programs.
• Create and deliver leadership development programs and manager training.
• Lead enterprise mandatory training and track completion in Workday Learning.
• Advance the Learning Strategy and promote self-directed learning.
• Develop capability assessments and share insights on readiness.
• Measure impact and manage external learning vendors and consultants.
