Calvary Baptist Church is prayerfully looking for a person who would be the leadership development pastor in order to facilitate the ongoing shepherding, planning, growth, coordination at Calvary Baptist Church.

Position Description:

Calvary Baptist Church is looking for the following qualifications for a lead pastoral position:

The lead pastor of Calvary Baptist Church will be an individual who is concerned with the spiritual formation of the church. This position has an emphasis on leading in the areas of equipping people for leadership, discipleship and evangelism for the purposes of multiplying into new churches. The lead pastor will join an already existing teaching team on a rotating schedule.

Education Qualifications:

• A minimum of completion of, or working towards a Masters in Theology/Divinity and/or equivalent ministry experience
• Articulates a strong apologetic on the current issues of today.

Calvary Culture

• Congruence with Fellowship Prairies and Calvary Baptist Church doctrinal statements.
• Congruence with emphasis of servant leadership structure as described in Calvary Baptist Church Bylaws.
• Congruence with Vision, Mission, Values and strategies of Calvary Baptist Church.
