For nearly 20 years, I held senior leadership positions primarily in leading HR consultancies. In these roles, I managed leadership development programs for hundreds of leaders, accumulating over 10,000 hours of experience. This experience enabled me to launch my own global talent development agency in 2010.

I have over 7,000 hours of executive coaching experience, working one-to-one with hundreds of high-potential executives from Fortune 500 companies and successful entrepreneurs.
