Job summary

Toromont Cat invites recent graduates to join our Leaders of Tomorrow Program as Management Trainees. You’ll embark on a 24‑month accelerated leadership track with on‑the‑job experiences across multiple locations in Eastern Canada.

You’ll benefit from dedicated mentorship, blended learning opportunities, and exposure to our growing network of customers and operations. Eligibility to work in Canada and willingness to relocate are required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary graduate in Business or Engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership with a passion for growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Leaders of Tomorrow program and complete a 24‑month accelerated leadership track.

$65,000.00 to $68,000.00

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance‑based or discretionary bonuses may be available.
