Job description

Toromont Cat is seeking recent post-secondary graduates with aptitude, experience, and interest to grow into leadership roles within our company.

This position involves "on-the-job" relocation assignments (2–3 months each) across Eastern Canada where Toromont operates. The program aims to accelerate your understanding of Toromont’s business, products, customers, and culture. Upon approximately 24 months, successful candidates are expected to transition into a full-time leadership position to advance their careers with Toromont Cat.

You will also benefit from a dedicated mentor, participate in blended learning programs, and attend company events to enhance your leadership development.

Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or experience in an industrial or technical sector.
  • Demonstrated passion or experience in leadership; up to 3 years of work experience is advantageous.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive for success and positive impact.
  • Enjoys a hands-on, customer-focused work environment; able to partner with customers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada and willing to travel and relocate as needed across locations from Manitoba to the Atlantic Ocean.
