Cascades is seeking a Manager of Continuous Improvement in Toronto to lead initiatives across multiple plants. This role involves implementing lean management practices, coaching staff, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and over a decade of experience in a manufacturing setting, with strong communication and facilitation skills. Frequent travel within Ontario and to the USA is required.

As a member of Cascades' Operational Efficiency team, the Manager of Continuous Improvement will have the mandate to support a group of plants in their management and development of the maturity of Cascades' Lean management model. They will also provide support in identifying opportunities for improvement, solving complex problems, and managing projects. Additionally, the Improvement Manager will work closely with other Continuous Improvement Managers to ensure harmonized development across all Cascades plants and to align a common vision.
