Job Description

  • Manage multiple projects to ensure successful industrialization of major changes with strong leadership and coordination.
  • Align industrial functions of Airbus and suppliers (Buy+).
  • Manage industrial reviews and analyze systems to eliminate disruptions and costs related to non-quality.
  • Provide industrial expertise in multi-functional teams, including participation in tenders, transfer of work, and dual sourcing.
  • Conduct problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
  • Support the design and modeling of industrial systems and perform tolerance analyses.
  • Contribute to industrialization phases from setup to series production.
  • Lead process improvement projects and support technological innovation initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years in manufacturing/industrial fields, with at least 5 in product development.
  • Strong coordination, influence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project and program management.
  • Ability to work in an international team.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Autonomy and initiative.
