Arrow Engineered Products Woodstock is seeking an experienced production supervisor to lead welding and fabrication activities in our Woodstock shop. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure schedules, quality, and safety, and drive continuous improvement with cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing supervision, reads CAD drawings, and can manage multiple projects while coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or welding.
• Experience managing employee relations, attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints from CAD systems.
• Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication in a custom manufacturing environment.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable leading day-to-day shop floor operations independently.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities within the welding and fabrication shop.
• Lead shop floor personnel to meet production schedules, quality standards, and delivery targets.
• Assign work orders and manpower based on priorities and skills.
• Ensure materials, drawings, tooling, and instructions are available before start-up.
• Monitor workflow and resolve bottlenecks or issues as they arise.
• Communicate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Scheduling on concerns and lead times.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees on procedures and safety.
