Job Description

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the candidate will lead a team on the Monday to Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm shift, consisting of full‑time and seasonal workers, in maintaining production levels.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the other Lead Associate and the Warehouse Manager to prioritize shipping and receiving of orders, while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Assist in keeping processes and procedures evolved, and maintain a clean and positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Heavy lifting (100 lbs) repetitively.
• Sit‑down counterbalance forklift experience.
• Able to forklift wide and heavy loads is an asset.
• Teamwork.
• Safety.
• Shift: Monday‑Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm.
